Returns Policy

NIOVI products are made with so much love and care and we are confident you would love them too. For any reason, if you are not satisfied with our products, we are more than happy to refund you within 30 days from the date of purchase( excluding sale items).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Buyers will be responsible for paying the shipping costs while returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, we higly recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for items lost during return shipping.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. Once your returned item is approved, we will post the replacement item and notify you. Buyers are liable for paying any difference in price between the returned item and the new item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 days. If you have not received your refund after 10 days, please contact us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after us confirming we have approved your refund, within 10 days then:
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
